A kick-off meeting was held on the 8th of August 2016 at the ZAMCOM Secretariat in Harare, Zimbabwe. The kickoff meeting introduced the parties, their roles and responsibilities. The meeting successfully established the communication and reporting procedures for the project.
Stakeholder participation in the development of the Strategic Plan of the Zambezi Watercourse is critical in order to ensure ownership and legitimacy of outputs, products and outcomes in the context of sustainable cooperation.
The Zambezi Basin Stakeholders Forum was held in Lusaka from 25 to 26 September 2017.
The Basin Development Scenarios (D4) is the fourth deliverable in the development of the Strategic Plan for the Zambezi Watercourse. The Basin Development Scenarios identify and analyse possible development actions or events for the Zambezi River.
