                             Financial Audit

1. The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) has been supporting the Zambezi Watercourse Commission in its developmental efforts since 2022. A Grant of UA 3.5 million was approved in 2022 to finance the Project of the Programme for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change (PIDACC) Zambezi Regional Project.
2. The PIDDACC Zambezi Regional Project has to be audited in accordance with the requirements of the African Development Bank (AfDB). The audit should be conducted by an independent auditor and should cover all aspects of the project, including financial management, procurement, environmental and social safeguards, and monitoring and evaluation.
3. ZAMCOM invites eligible Consultancy firms to submit their company profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills.
4. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments in similar conditions and Availability of the appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the shortlist and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s ‘Procurement Policy and Methodology for Bank Group Funded Operations, dated October 2015, which is available in the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.

7. Expression of interest must be submitted in three (3) hard copies (Electronic submissions will not be accepted) and clearly marked FINANCIAL AUDIT 2023 – PIDACC ZAMBEZI and deposited in the Tender Box at the address indicated below before 12 February 2024 at 15:00hrs Harare time.
