Ms. Mwasiti Ally Rashid holds a Master of Science in Water Science and Engineering, Specialization in Hydrology and Water Resources from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, Delft, the Netherlands and the Bachelor of Science with Geology Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
She has more than 15 years of professional experience and competence in transboundary integrated water resources planning, development, and management; water diplomacy; water policy and governance; and complex water and climate projects/programs planning and management. Ms. Mwasiti Ally Rashid has an in-depth knowledge and experience in multisectoral strategic analysis for planning and management of water and related resources. She has experience in resource mobilization for implementation of projects portfolio; experience in strategic expansion of portfolio through identification and preparation of investment projects; contracts management; procurement and management of finance resources.
